We look forward to your participation in this exciting celebration of knowledge and discovery!\n\nDr. Ophir Klein, MD, PhD\nCedars-Sinai Guerin Children's, Los Angeles, CA\nOphir Klein serves as the inaugural Executive Director of Cedars-Sinai Guerin Children\u2019s and Executive Vice Dean for Children\u2019s Services, and he is the David and Meredith Kaplan Distinguished Chair in Children\u2019s Health. He is a global leader whose team has made seminal contributions to understanding the development of normal and diseased organs, as well as elucidating mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of complex inherited disorders, many of which manifest during early neonatal and childhood life. He has led the establishment of Guerin Children\u2019s as a respected leader in pediatric scholarly research, training, and specialty clinical services. Dr Klein has received multiple honors, including election to the National Academy of Medicine and the American Association of Physicians. He has had multiple advisory roles to the NIH and led professional societies.\n\nDr. Klein was educated at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a B.A. in Spanish Literature. He subsequently attended Yale University School of Medicine, where he received a Ph.D. in Genetics and an M.D. He then completed residencies at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Pediatrics and at UCSF in Clinical Genetics. Diaz received a BFA from College for Creative Studies in 1980 and an MFA from the University of Michigan in 1983.\n\nPatricia Villalobos Echeverr\u00eda (Nicaragua\/USA), Professor of Art at Western Michigan University, engages a transdisciplinary practice encompassing printmaking, photography, video, installation, and participatory frameworks to interrogate migration, displacement, and transformation. Exhibited internationally, she holds a Doctor of Arts (Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art & Design), MFA, and BFA, with residencies including MacDowell and Ox-Bow.\n\n\n\nJessica Levy is the Co-Founder of Hourglass Advisory, a New York-based art advisory firm specializing in curated collections for contemporary spaces. She holds an MFA from NYU and a BFA from the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design, and serves on the Stamps School\u2019s Dean\u2019s Advisory Council.
