She holds a PhD and a master\u2019s degree in economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a bachelor\u2019s degree in economics from the University of Malaya. Her research focuses on health economics, especially the economic valuation of vaccines, public acceptance of immunization, and public\u2011health decision\u2011making.
