He also co-leads ColorCoded, Yelp\u2019s employee resource group forengineers of color and their allies. Before Yelp, Joel led the Platform team at NordstromRack.com in Los Angeles.         "description":"Join our Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP) scholars as they present their research and answer questions.\nSROP at U-M strives to increase the number of diverse students with unique experiences by supporting their preparation for graduate studies.
