This workshop, led by leadership educator and artist Fatema Haque, is designed to help you enhance your capacity to hold and process grief both individually and collectively. \r\n\r\nNegative Capability is our ability to reside in a situation with an open mind and to experience the sensations, feelings, and emotions even when they are uncomfortable. In this workshop, we apply this concept to the context of grief, developing our courage and resilience to endure and transform sorrow.\r\n\r\nParticipants will engage in meditation, alter-making, art, and small group discussions, all conducted in a gentle, intentional, and slow manner.
