Platforms now offer bundled analysis support, and researchers use commercial or open-source systems (e.g., nf-Core\/Seqera, Epi2Me, Illumina Partek).\r\n\r\nOther informatics cores at U-M have also expanded, and labs are gaining computational skills. Despite this, bioinformatics still presents challenges and frustrations for many researchers. Changes at the NIH may also impact the availability of bioinformatics support.\r\n\r\nTo address these issues, we aim to engage the research community and ensure the BRCF Bioinformatics Core meets evolving needs.
