She uses insights from research to inform the design of executive leadership programming for a variety of clients, such as Deloitte, Kaiser Permanente, and others.\r\n\r\nChow holds a BA in Psychology from Columbia University and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
