Your 64 can be physical, but it absolutely does not have to be. It could be 64 minutes of reading about disability justice, 64 acts of kindness, 64 pages of a book, 64 repetitions, 64 laps\u2014or a donation to a disability advocacy organization. The idea is that there is no single \u201cright\u201d way to complete a 64. Choose it. Do it. Share it. Pass it on.\n\nThe week leading up to the event will take place at the U-M Hadley Family Recreation & Well-Being Center and will highlight the many ways our community advances disability inclusion, access, and opportunity.
