Have you ever had to wrestle with changing your name to assimilate at work? Or debated how to wear your hair to an interview? Maybe you’ve considered adjusting the way you speak, or which parts of your experience to share? Identities can be complex and ever-evolving, affecting the way that we are seen and heard in the workplace. Even though recent research from the Harvard Business Review has shown that companies still think of identity in defined ways, we know that notions of identity have shifted.

- Grappling with conflicting social versus professional identities at work

- Learn skills for managing professional workspaces where your identities differ from those around you
- Learn strategies on successfully navigating the workplace when these conflicts arise
