Before the FairMake sure your resume is ready to be seen by employers beforeyou upload it to Handshake. Be sure to set the document to "Visible" on Handshake.Review the list of employers participating, identify your top 5-10 (based on your interests, skills, and the types of roles you think you would be a good fit for) and research their openings in advance. Search Employers on Handshake to learn more about the companies and what they’re looking for. Do not plan to visit with every employer attending the fair.Practice your Pitch!
