This is the second bi-annual conference sponsored by the Voices of the Staff team. This conference provides a means to share current and ongoing information and departmental best practices with fellow staff members in an actionable format; enhances direct interaction between key business process experts and the end user community; provides a consulting and communication vehicle for the purpose of sharing best practices, innovative solutions and system knowledge; provides exposure to emerging technologies and how they may change the way we work in the future; and enhances understanding about how to leverage best practices, technologies, and generate awareness of approaches that can impact the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
