Class meets Tuesdays, October 29 - December 17.
The book “Mindfulness” by Mark Williams, reveals a set of simple yet powerful practices that have been shown scientifically to help eliminate anxiety, stress, unhappiness, and exhaustion. We will study the theory of mindfulness meditation, and read, watch videos, and discuss in each class. Mike Murray is a Licensed Psychologist, who has studied meditation for over fifty years.
