U-M neurosurgeon Oren Sager, M.D., and U-M neurologist Simon Glynn,M.D., will discuss Paul Skripnik’s case and surgery. Dr. Sagher led the surgical team that performed Skripnik’s surgery and Dr. Glynn and his colleagues carried out a full array of tests and imaging to determine if Skripnik would be a surgery candidate. Skripnik will also speak to the audience about his personal experiences, both before and after the operation, and how his life has changed.
