Marina v.N. Whitman, Professor of Business Administration and Public Policy--U of M
From 1979 until 1992 Professor Whitman was an officer of the General Motors Corporation, first as Vice President and Chief Economist and later as Vice President and Group Executive for Public Affairs. She served as a member of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors.
Professor Whitman will discuss how the wealth and power of individuals and corporations affect the international relations of the United States.
