Strategic Prioritization

When faced with having to do more with less, it’s easy to react without thinking about the value proposition of the work. Which activities are important to the organization and to the University? Streamlining how services are provided and learning to focus on priorities will assure that you are doing the right things and doing things right.

You will learn to:

Work within resource constraints to address activities which are strategically most important
Identify work that is does not add value to existing initiatives or services
Develop strategies to engage key stakeholders in the improvement process to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives
Demonstrate how newly updated processes and procedures will successfully contribute to your strategic plan
