This presentation is an overview of the history and current status of libraries in China. With rapid economic growth, many libraries that were built in recent years are equipped with digital access, special collections and special services. Dr. Liu will present the different periods of library developments in China, from ancient libraries to modern libraries and from private libraries to public libraries.
