Don't miss out on this week's Feel Good Friday! We will be having a Fitness & Nutritional Workshop lead by Porshia Thomas from Body Allure Fitness!Come enjoy our free smoothie bar and enter our 4-Week Fitness Challenge! Porshia will also conduct proper exercise demonstrations, fitness assessments, and a nutritional food presentation.  Feel Good Fridays are a weekly occurrence at Trotter Multicultural Center. FGF are a part of our Health and Wellness initiative as we try to create an informative space for the university community. Not only do we provide free food and engaging activities, but we generate a welcoming social environment.
