The SWAGGER Program (Students Working at Games to Gather and Encourage Recycling) is an effort to improve recycling at Michigan Stadium through fan engagement while benefiting U-M student groups. Made possible by the U-M Athletic Department and Waste Reduction & Recycling Office and supported by U-M Net Impact, the SWAGGER Program provides a $500 stipend to student groups who collect recyclables and encourage fans to recycle at Michigan home football games. Stipends will be paid at the end of each month of the football season.Student groups must have a minimum 15 volunteers on behalf of their organization.
