Roger Ferguson is President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA-CREF. Mr. Ferguson is the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve System (1999-2006). Prior to joining TIAA-CREF in April 2008, Mr. Ferguson was head of financial services for Swiss Re, Chairman of Swiss Re America Holding Corporation, and a member of the company's executive committee.
Justin Wolfers is a Professor of Economics and a Professor of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. He recently completed a Senior Fellowship with the Peterson Institute of Economics. He is also an editor of the Brookings Papers on Economic Activity and a member of the Congressional Budget Office Panel of Economic Advisers. He was recently named by the IMF as one of the "25 economists under 45 shaping the way we think about the global economy."
