For new College of Engineering faculty.

Based on the work of Robert Boice, who identified several effective characteristics of "faculty quick starters," this program helps new faculty members productively balance conflicting demands on their time. Participants will discuss common concerns, plan ways to adopt Boice’s principles, and identify other strategies to succeed in their own careers.
