The Michigan Powerlfiting Club will hold its first meeting on Wednesday October 14th from 6-6:30pm in 3302 Mason Hall. We will be going over our training goals as indivdiuals and our goals as a club. We will address trianing, programming, our meeting scheudle, and any general questions about the club. I hope to see everone there!
