The Muslim Law Students Association is hosting a lecture by Professor Mortenson, the recipient of the L. Hart Wright Award for Teaching Excellence. Professor Mortenson will be discussing U.S. policy, Muslim bodies, and torture. This event is co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society, the South Asian Law Students Association, the Frank Murphy Society, the Human Rights Advocates, the Journal of Race and Law, ACLU-UMLS, and the International Law Society. Lunch will be provided.
