Women Who Launch aspires to create gender equal entrepreneurial ecosystem. We empower women to engage with entrepreneurship, whether as founders, funders or team members.We host a monthly meetup where women can help one another navigate through the challenges of an entrepreneurial career. In Confidence Code, Katty Kay and Claire Shipman talk about failing fast -- particularly with a learning mindset -- as a critical way for women to build confidence over time. This meetup is all about providing women with opportunities to share moments of failure and/or uncertainty in a safe forum, where they can take that experience and learn to grow from it. We aim to build an inclusive and interdisciplinary community where women can support one another in building confidence and community.
