Want to talk about the mammoth? Join Daniel Fisher, the Claude W. Hibbard Collegiate Professor of Paleontology and Director of the Museum of Paleontology, and Adam Rountrey, Collection Manager for Vertebrate Fossils, as they discuss the recent Bristle Mammoth find. Research on this specimen is still in progress, but we are already making plans with the Museum of Natural History for an exhibit of this material, and your suggestions are encouraged. Part of the plan involves generating 3D models that can be viewed over the internet, bringing the Bristle mammoth to a computer near you! Space is limited for this popular program.
