Chris Dupont comes from Grand Rapids and now lives in Ypsilanti. He describes what he does as "folk/ambient/singer-songwriter" music, and he's been influenced by James Taylor, Glen Hansard, Brian Eno, Bon Iver, and Fleetwood Mac. "This will be my first big hometown show since the release of my critically acclaimed fall 2015 release 'Outlier,'" Chris says. A vinyl release of the album will be sold for this first time at the show. Chris appears with a band of string players. Opening is Chicago world/folk duo Frances Luke Accord, celebrating the release of their debut full-length recording, "Fluke."
