Expanding Concepts of Health and Wellness: Making Meaningful Changes.
Victor J. Strecher, Professor of Public Health, U of M
Long held assumptions and beliefs about health, risk, behavior change, motivation and engagement are subjects about which Dr. Strecher has written and spoken about for many years. These will be reconsidered in this presentation. Strecher suggests a new direction for health and wellness that uses both ancient philosophy and the most recent scientific evidence.
