We have a series of thematic ideas for motions (linear motion, circular motion, swingout stuff and he-goes, she-goes) that are all based around one fundamental bread and butter move (the texas tommy, sugar pushes, side passes, S-turns, etc.) and then we have a series of increasingly difficult variations that people can play around with.
