He will share insights on how to reduce stress and remain calm amidst all the chaos we face as students.Brahmachari Shantamrita Chaitanya, a senior disciple of Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma), grew up in the USA where he studied Japanese and Asian Civilizations at Amherst University. He began living at Amritapuri (Amma’s ashram), India in 1993. At the age of 29, he was initiated as a monk and since then he has been engaged in social, educational and spiritual activities around the world.
