Biolinguistic Minimalism with Dr. Sam Epstein
Hello everyone!
We are having a super cool event next Tuesday with Dr. Sam Epstein from the Department of Linguistics and the Weinberg Institute of Cognitive Science. Dr. Epstein specializes in various areas of cognitive science/linguistics such as biolinguistic cognition, psycholinguistics, and language acquisition in children. We will be having an in-depth discussion/Q&A session with him about biolinguistic minimalism, and more specifically, in response to his video intro of "The Anatomy of Chomsky's Biolinguistic Minimalism." (Link to youtube vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KnAJpT3j9Y) Make sure you watch the videos and bring a list of questions!
This will be a really unique opportunity to talk with one of the experts in the field and really get to know a WICS director! As always, there will be delicious food for everyone! Make sure to RSVP at this link: https://goo.gl/forms/hbRqA2jAq5uCds1n1 so we know how much food to get. Hope to see you all there!
