Styled after the hit TV show "Iron Chef", the Culinary Throwdown will host three rounds of intense food battles:

Round 1: UM RHA Iron Chef Students vs. MSU Student Culinarians
Round 2: Michigan Dining Chefs vs. MSU Chefs
Round 3: Michigan Dining Executive Chef Frank Turchan vs. MSU Corporate Chef Kurt Kwiatkowski
