We are pleased to announce the first reading group of the year will take place on Thursday, October 26, at 7 pm. Prof. O'Shea has graciously offered to host it at his house (2851 Whippoorwill Ln 48103, see attached map). We are aware that there is an AIA talk wrapping up around 7pm so feel free to show up late if needed. We usually hang out and have some beverages for a period of time before talking anyway! For those of you who are new or didn't make it to a reading group meeting last year, these are basically relaxed environments for us to talk about topics/theories/methodologies that are applicable to many members of CAW. The topic to start us off this year will be Network Analysis. Attached are two relatively short introductions to the topic that can be our launching point to further discussion (including one by Michigan's own Prof. Bob Whallon.
