We're featuring recipes inspired by 2021 Restauranteur of the Year Chef Max Hardy, Chef Leah Chase, the “Queen of Creole Cuisine,” Chef Malinda Russell, the first African American woman to author a cookbook, and many more! Available to all meal plan holders at all on-campus dining halls.
