Ambassadors greet and guide visitors to points of interest and informal learning opportunities in the conservatory at Matthaei Botanical Gardens. This training will introduce volunteers to the Visitor Services department and cover the basics about the tropical, temperate, and arid biomes and the plants that are found in each. Ambassadors commit to two 3-hour shifts per month and attend ongoing educational sessions. Interview and pre-registration required.
