The GENESIS Phase III Project stands for Gaining Excellence in Nursing Education: Strength in the Sciences. The purpose of the project is to increase the number of underrepresented populations, graduating with a BSN degree from The University of Michigan School of Nursing. While enrolled in the U of M School of Nursing, GENESIS participants receive assistance in peer facilitated by study groups, clinical research group tutoring, mentorship, stipends, job shadowing opportunities and more!
