Stress Less for Success

A wellness workshop for CSP students

Good stress – “eustress” – can help you focus and be motivated, but too much bad stress – “distress” – can lead to feeling overwhelmed and unable to perform at your best. If you find yourself feeling the negative effects of stress, come to this workshop to learn how to reduce stress, examine your coping strategies, discuss imposter syndrome, and learn more about campus resources. This workshop is led by Wolverine Wellness, including CSP Alum, Timberlee Whiteus. Lunch will be served, so RSVP today!
