Edelman, the world’s largest global communications firm, invites you to attend “Expanding Trust in a Multicultural World”. Join this interactive session where you’ll meet Edelman’s top Multiculturalleaders across the US, and experience a showcase of innovative work for top clients such as Dove, Vaseline and The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation. The campaigns and initiatives that we will explore have broken barriers for underrepresented communities, helped shape our clients’ businesses, driven awareness, and sparked action to tackle societal issues.
This exclusive event will give you the opportunity to learn from the expertson earned-centric strategies that have produced award-winning work. The session will include a live Q&A, giving you an opportunity ask questions about the team, our work, and the Multicultural practice at Edelman.

About Edelman's Multicultural Communication Practice: We are a team that comprises 40+ experts who take a bold, culture-fueled approach to help brands and businesses authentically earn cultural relevancy and trust with Black, Latinx, Asian Pacific Islander, Indigenous American and other emerging majority audiences. Our work is intersectional, engaging LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disabilities, and other historically excluded demographics.
About our speakers:
Amina Colter, SVP Atlanta Health: Leads Edelman’s multicultural health team and has extensive experience creating thoughtful and effective DEI and multicultural communications strategies that include but are not limited to culturally competent message development, traditional and social media engagement, identification of key influencers and spokespersons, C-suite diversity and inclusion support, and more. Her recent work includes award-winning campaigns and brand strategy ideation for Advil, Baby Dove, the Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation, Janssen, Genentech, Pfizer, Urban Outfitters, Wellstar Health System, and more. She is also a 2022 PRWeek 40 Under 40 honoree.
Sherria Cotton, VP NY Brand: Leads integrated campaigns across Dove Masterbrand, Baby Dove and Dove Kids Care. Cannes award-winning work has included Dove ‘Hair Love’ in partnership with Oscar-winning Filmmaker, Matthew A. Cherry, Dove #AsEarlyAsFive in support of The CROWN Act to end race-based hair discrimination and The Dove Self-Esteem Project’s‘Toxic Influence’, an initiative to empower teens to detox their social media feeds.
