Chevron New Energies summer internships are typically located in Houston, Texas.

All internship experiences offer unique opportunities tolearn about the transition to a lower carbon industry and how Chevron is executing its strategy. We are offering a few internship positions for Summer 2023:

The Analyst will support a range of analyses related to customer and market trends for Offsets and for Emerging Lower Carbon Power Technologies in Chevron New Energies. Working with the Strategy & Market Insights team and the Offsets and Emerging commercial teams, the Analyst will contribute to assignments focused on in-depth research of offsets and emerging markets developments, such as customer/stakeholder mapping, tracking market trends, assessing supply/demand dynamics, pricing updates and evolving regulatory/policy drivers. Supports strategic thinking and work products that contribute to the development of commercial strategies with some contributions to commercial work, such as offset or emerging project investment due diligence. Brings a basic understanding of and appetite to learn about new energies and desire to work in a dynamic, agile business environment.

2) Business and Commercial Intern: Hydrogen Products Development Program (HPP) Internship:

Hydrogen Products internships consist of a mix of projects and partner engagement experiences. Program participants will spend time working on a high-impact project for a commercial support function such as value chain analysis and customer development. In addition to the summer project, interns will have the opportunity to learn more about the low carbon Hydrogen and Ammonia industry and Chevron's strategy in the New Energies space. The intern will also be exposed to actual partner meetings with experienced Chevron business development employees.
