Engage with Cisco: Veterans Edition
Cisco is hosting a virtual event for Veterans on Thursday, November 17th, at 5PM (Pacific Standard Time).
Transitioning into the private sector can be difficult and discouraging. Our goal for this event is to provide Veterans with the opportunity to share their firsthand experience with those who are navigating the same journey.
This event will showcase testimony from Veteran Cisco Employees, and has been designed to serve Veteran attendees.
The mission of the Cisco VETS ERO (Employee Resource Organization) is to contribute to an inclusive culture where veterans are valued not just for their military service, but for the relevant skills and leadership they bring to our company.
This event will allow attendees to join breakout rooms that are hosted by Veterans who work at Cisco. These Veterans will each give testimony to their journey into the tech sector, and answer questions from attendees.
Our hope is that you are able to share this opportunity to your Veteran community.
