As a Diverse Investment Career Summit participant, there are opportunities to learn about our traditional investment consulting track and our specialty consulting tracks within Mercer. You will be exposed to afast-paced, energetic, action-oriented environment. Over the course of 8 hours over 2 days, we will provide you with analyst and consultant career paths, group networking, education and team building activities. Thisprogram is a unique opportunity to learn about a career in consulting andbuild a network for a future summer externship or full time analyst position.

Wewill review your application promptly and email you on or around December 28 to let you know whether or not you have been selected to participate with additional details for the event. The event will run from 11 AM EST to 3 PM EST each day and will be a pipeline to a potential employment and additional engagement opportunities with us should you remain interested.
The Diverse Investment Career Summit will be held virtually on Jan 4 & 5, with an optional in person option on January 4, 2023 in our Atlanta office. Expenses will not be covered to attend in person but you may choose to attend in person if you wish.
