The University Philharmonia Orchestra and Contemporary Directions Ensemble are honored to present a two concert tribute to the iconic American composer and U-M alumnus George Crumb, who passed away in February. Both concerts will include the premiere of a new short film by SMTD videographers Chris Boyes and Mathew Pimental, celebrating George Crumb’s life and legacy.
