The PJT Partners Restructuring and Special Situations Group advises companies, creditor groups, private equity sponsors, and boards of directors in financially distressed situations, both in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings as well as in out-of-court restructuring and strategic advisory transactions, frequently involving strategic liability management solutions.
