The first step in career exploration is simply making the decision to start. However, figuring out where and how to start can sometimes feel daunting.
This workshop will focus on career exploration tools and resources for graduate and postdoctoral trainees in STEM disciplines.
We will cover:

How to reflect on your skills, interests, and values while considering careers
Online resources for exploring careers
How to create an action plan for integrating career exploration in your training.
