In this session, we will discuss Dr. Ranjay Gulati’s work on the power of purpose and how deep purpose can revolutionize how organizations do business. Dr. Gulati’s research has revealed when organizations practice deep purpose it can lead to transformative results and benefits that reward customers, employees, communities, and more stakeholders.

As we start the new year, we will spend time reflecting and sharing our individual learning and connection to Dr. Gulati’s work. The majority of the session will be spent talking in small groups with dialogue questions to guide the conversation.
