P&G was founded over 180 years ago as a simple soap and candle company. Today, we’re the world’s largest consumer goods company and home to iconic, trusted brands that make life a little bit easier in small but meaningful ways. We’ve spanned three centuries thanks to three simple ideas: leadership, innovation and citizenship.

For this Employer Challenge, you are a P&G employee working internally with a team in the Market Strategy & Planning group. You will be asked to developa consumer-driven recommendation for how P&G can better capture multicultural shoppers in a retail environment.

Apply for this Employer Challenge with a team of 2-4 UM Ann Arbor Undergraduate students. You will be notified of your acceptance no laterthan Tuesday, January 24th.

CASE DISTRIBUTION: Wednesday, January 25th - Your team will receive all case materials to begin the Employer Challenge

EMPLOYER OFFICE HOURS: Friday, January 27th 12pm-12:30pm -At least 1 member from each team will attend this session to clarify any questions needed as your team is developing their presentation

FINAL CASE PRESENTATIONS: Friday, February 3rd (time slots will be scheduled between 1:00pm-3:30 pm) Teams will deliver their 5-minute pitch to the employer followed by feedback and Q&A from the employer
