The Biotech Career Development Program (BCDP) is a structured program designed to guide biomedical and life science graduate students (M.S. students and Ph.D. candidates), postdocs, and early-career scientists as they explore careers beyond the academic tenure track. Trainees accepted into the program will participate in workshops, career panels, and in-person networking socials to build career awareness and take steps toward their career goals. Workshops and panels will be held in virtual or hybrid formats. The cohort model of BCDP helps build community among peers with similar career interests.
