You are invited to join a new Wolverine Wellness group offering that focuses a critical lens on western diet culture and body image. This three part series aims to connect community, cultivate self-awareness and curiosity, and equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate diet culture and body oppression in order to thrive with appreciation for your unique body.

Part 1, February 7th 6-8 pm: Individual Body Image Exploration
Part 2, March 7th 6-8 pm: Diet Culture Influence and Cultivating Resilience
Part 3, April 4th, 6-8 pm Body Image Beyond Size: Race, Gender and Ability

Who: Amanda Reis MS, CTTS, RYT & Haadiyah Adel, MPH Candidate ‘23
Where: Edward Said Multicultural Lounge, North Quad
When: Dates for each part noted above. This is an open group, which means that individuals can attend any or all parts of the series that interest them.
How: Registration for each part of the series can through our online scheduler. Please select “Group Coaching” when selecting your coaching type, and you will be shown the calendar for current groups.
