McKesson Foundation Health Equity Speaker Series

Bridging the Gap to Equity: Why It Should Matter To Us All

The College of Pharmacy is excited to launch the McKesson Foundation Health Equity Speaker Series this month as part of a grant the College received through the McKesson Foundation. The grant seeks to help the College amplify the efforts to educate and address issues around the social determinants of health.

This month’s speaker will feature Dr. Alvin Wells, an attending rheumatologist and director of the Rheumatology and Immunotherapy Center in Franklin, Wisconsin. Dr. Wells will address the topic of “Bridging the Gap to Equity: Why It Should Matter To Us All."

Please join us on Friday, January 27th from noon to 1pm in Weiser Hall, Room 170 for this dynamic and insightful conversation.
