New to the gym? Tired of your current workout routine? Need some basic reminders?If you want to learn the keys to creating a successful and efficient workout plan, join Michigan Muscle Club in the School of Kinesiology on Tuesday, February 7th. We will be presenting and explaining how to create a workout "split" in addition to discussing the most optimal ways to find balance with your busy college schedules. This workshop is beginner friendly -- people exercising at all levels will be sure to benefit from attendance. Besides learning from experienced lifters, weekly meetings are a great place to meet other students who may workout at campus gyms!
