Creating a robust, high-performing diverse team is a critical partof our success. To support our goal of having a dynamic, diverse team, we have designed the Proud to Be Early Insights Program, which aims to attract undergraduate students who identify as part of the LGBT+ community; however, all studentsregardless of background who are interested in exploring job opportunities at JPMorgan Chase are welcome to express interest.

Our Proud to Be Early Insights Program is a two-day conference with a half-day of business specific overviews and networking, followed by a half-day of interviews. It provides undergraduate students with a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at a leading financial services firm by offering training and networking events and consideration for internship opportunities.
