The US Department of Education (US/ED) Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) Fellowships provide opportunities for PhD candidates to engage in full-time dissertation research abroad in less commonly taught modern foreign languages and non-Western-European area studies.
