A CV is an essential document in the academic sphere. CVs are frequently required to apply for funding, awards, and academic positions. A well-organized and comprehensive CV can elevate your application by clearly communicating your achievements and track record of productivity.
Biographical sketches, or biosketches, are also often required for different types of funding applications. While biosketches may share many elements that you might find in a CV, they are also quite distinct and prescriptive depending on the funding source.
